Investments on Mars are structured under two different offering types.
Regulation A: Offerings that are available to the general public or non-accredited investors. This type of offering is subject to some limitations, including non-accredited individuals' investments cannot exceed 10% of the greater of their income or net worth.
Regulation D: Offerings are only available to accredited investors. Accredited investors are investors with an income of $200,000 ($300,000 if filing jointly) for the previous two years and with the expectation of the same income in the current year. Or have a net worth of $1 million or more, excluding primary residence.
